Invest Park Sieradz Sp. z o. o. is a family-owned company focused on identifying and developing investment projects in innovative industries. We seek opportunities in areas such as plastic waste recycling and green and sustainable energy. Currently, alongside the growth of REDCHEM, a company conceived and built from scratch by IPS, we are exploring solutions in cleaning municipal polyolefin waste of contaminants not accepted by REDCHEM’s clients, optimizing pyrolysis processes and hydrocarbon vapor condensation, purifying and refining hydrocarbon products from plastic waste pyrolysis.
The company’s portfolio also includes a secured property with construction permits for a hotel along with apartment and commercial buildings. This hotel property is located in Sieradz, surrounded by Staromiejski Park. Additionally, Invest Park Sieradz holds real estate with apartments located on Aleja 1 Maja in Sieradz.
