What do we offer

Plots covered by the investment plan for which a zoning and land-use decision has been issued. The investment is located in the charming Old Town Park, situated by a kayak marina on the Warta River. In 2024, the city of Sieradz secured over EUR 13 million in funding for the revitalization of the park and the reconstruction of the amphitheatre located near the planned hotel. The investment will be carried out in 2026–2027.
