Plastic waste recycling

In our plant we will process plastic waste from the polyolefin group (PE, PP, PS and their derivatives).

In order to manage all the raw materials, two lines will be launched:

  • mechanical recycling
  • thermal and catalytic recyclingy

The production capacity of the planned waste processing line is:

  • 4 tons / hour
  • 72 tons / day
  • 23 000 tons / year

The planned products are:

  • traditional or modified granules
  • products from injection molding machines
  • energy products
  • chemical additives

The project is a part of the energy island concept.

The plant will be supplied with electricity and heat energy in a high-efficiency cogeneration system using raw material in the form of oil from the pyrolysis line. Photovoltaic panels will be an additional source of energy. Any surplus waste heat will be sold to the heating system of the City of Sieradz.

There are three halls with a surface area of 2000 m2 all of them located in main building. Access to halls from ground floor. Asphalt and concrete roads are located around the buildings. The halls are equipped with big gates that allow trucks to drive in. Halls have gates from both sides of the building, which allow goods to be brought from one side and shipped out from the other. To halls adhere as social rooms, changerooms, bathrooms and offices. The purpose of our rental spaces depends on the investor, we are flexible.
